Participation in the Santa's Castle Online Enhanced Visit is easy!

Simply purchase a ticket for each participating child (2 and over) from one of the businesses listed below! Children under 2 are admitted Free! Adult tickets and Standard child tickets are available at the door.

Once you have a Santa's Castle Online Enhanced Visit ticket, return to www.SantasCastleOnline.com, enter the Elf ID and Santa Code printed on the ticket and let the 'Magic' begin. Remember, the numbers on the ticket are assigned to the child you choose. So, write their name on the ticket. It helps the elves keep everything straight.

Using the Santa's Castle Online website and the Elf ID and Santa Code from your ticket, help your child or children write a letter to Santa. Then, when your child is not looking, add some other fun details by selecting 'Grown-ups' from the menu. Don't forget to create a password so you can share some 'Magic' with friends and relatives. But, keep the 'Santa Code' secret.
